01 How do I connect to PlanVPN? #1 +

The fastest option is the Telegram bot. It sends a ready-to-use connection link and guides you through the next step.

If Telegram is not convenient right now, use the website flow: enter your email, confirm the code, and get a trial connection link.

02 Which devices does PlanVPN support? #2 +

The subscription works through compatible VPN clients. Current versions of iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Android TV usually work well.

If your device is older or the client cannot open the link, contact support and we will suggest another connection option.

03 Are there any usage limits? #3 +

Yes. Some websites and apps may restrict VPN traffic or behave differently depending on the server country and your local network.

Please do not use the VPN for torrent seeding or copyrighted material distribution. It hurts speed for other users and may violate datacenter rules.

04 How many devices can I connect? #4 +

The connection link is intended for personal use. You can add it to your own devices, but do not publish it or share it in public chats.

If you want to connect family members or need a plan for several people, message the Telegram bot and we will suggest the right option.

05 How is traffic counted? #5 +

The website trial includes 5 GB for 3 days. After connecting, follow the notifications in the channel where you received access.

If traffic runs out or you need more, buy a subscription on the website or message the Telegram bot.

06 What should I do if the VPN stops working? #6 +

First reconnect the VPN, update your client app, and reopen the connection link you received during setup.

If that does not help, contact support. Include your email, device, city/country, and internet provider so we can diagnose the issue faster.

07 When does the paid plan activate? #7 +

After payment, the payment provider confirms it through a webhook or status check. Until then the order may be shown as pending.

If money was charged but access did not activate within a few minutes, contact support with your email and order or payment ID.

08 Can I get a refund? #8 +

If you could not connect, contact support first. We will help check the app, connection link, region, and provider.

If the issue is on our side and cannot be fixed quickly, we will review the payment individually and help with a refund.

09 Will my already paid price change? #9 +

The paid period remains active under the conditions of the original purchase. If website prices change, the new prices apply to future purchases or renewals.

Current offers are always shown on the checkout screen.

10 What is MTProxy? #10 +

MTProxy is a proxy for Telegram. It can help open Telegram, but it is not a full VPN for the browser and other apps.

If you need device-wide access, use the Telegram bot or the website connection flow.
